Who handles refunds

Life, Apparently Brand by Danielle Blenkush provides the Life, Apparently Co-Parenting Edition. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for paid orders and handles payment-related customer service and refunds.

Refund eligibility and request period

Purchases are covered by Paddle's Refund Policy, which we adopt for our orders. That policy governs the applicable request period, eligibility, processing and statutory consumer rights. Please review it when purchasing and before making a refund request. This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to contact Paddle about your order. Provide the email used for checkout and your order or transaction reference from the receipt, and explain that you are requesting a refund for Life, Apparently. Do not send full card details or your account password.

You may also contact our support team at Lifeapparentlybrand@gmail.com for help locating your order or directing your request to Paddle. Paddle reviews and processes refund requests under its policy. Refund timing and the return of funds are handled by Paddle and your payment provider.

Refunds are different from cancellation

Canceling renewal stops future monthly or annual charges; it does not itself request a refund of the current billing period. For cancellation without a refund, your circle retains full access through the end of the paid month or year. Submit a separate request to Paddle if you want a refund for an existing charge.

You can manage renewal from Manage billing on the Circle page. See our Terms of service for subscription terms.

Free trials

New circles receive a 30-day free trial. Creating a circle does not itself buy a subscription. If you have not made a payment, there is no charge to refund.
