Two editions, one picture of your week.

The Family edition runs your own household: meals, chores, routines and everyone's plans. The Co-Parenting edition is the shared space with the other home: custody schedule, handoffs, shared costs and messages. A private link lets your planner show the co-parenting parts that affect your kids — without opening your household to the other parent.

Family edition

Yours alone. The other parent never sees it.

  • Your household calendar and routines
  • Meals, chores and lists
  • Everyone who lives with you

Co-Parenting edition

Shared by both parents and the helpers you invite.

  • Custody schedule, swaps and holidays
  • Handoffs, rides and checklists
  • Shared expenses, agreements and messages

Connecting them

  1. 1

    Open your child in Co-Parent

A parent goes to Family → Kids, opens one child and taps “Link to my Family planner.”

  2. 2

    Copy the private code

The code is shown once. Copy it right away — the app stores only a scrambled version, so it can't be shown again.

  3. 3

Paste it into your Family planner

Your planner then shows that child's co-parenting days alongside the rest of your household.

Each parent can make their own link from their own account, so each planner shows the schedule from that parent's side. One link covers one child.

What your planner can show

  • Whose day it is, from your point of view, 30 days back and 90 days ahead
  • Upcoming handoffs and pick-up/drop-off times
  • Shared costs for that child and your share

Read-only: nothing in your planner can change the co-parenting schedule or costs.

What it never shares

  • Messages between parents
  • Medical details and documents
  • The other parent's private notes or contact details
  • Other children unless you link them separately

You stay in control

  • Only a parent can create a link — helpers, kids and lawyers or mediators can't.
  • Revoke a link anytime from the child's page; your planner stops updating right away.
  • If a parent leaves the circle, their links stop working automatically.
  • The two editions are separate accounts; connecting them doesn't merge them.
