  1. A. Designated co-parenting application

The parties shall use Life, Apparently™ Co-Parenting (lifeapparentlycoparent.app), or another application agreed to in writing, for non-emergency communication regarding the minor child(ren), including scheduling, exchanges, expenses, and school and medical information. Each party shall maintain an active account for the duration of this order, unless otherwise agreed in writing or ordered by the Court.

  2. B. Cost of the application

[Mother / Father / The parties equally] shall pay the subscription cost. Payment of the subscription shall not give either party additional access to or control over the shared account.

  3. C. Communication standards

Communications through the application shall be brief, informative, respectful and limited to matters concerning the child(ren). Each party shall review messages at least once every [24 / 48] hours and respond to messages requesting a response within [24 / 48] hours. Emergencies shall be communicated by telephone and then documented in the application.

  4. D. Schedule and expenses

Requests to change the parenting schedule shall be made through the application's swap request feature. Reimbursable child-related expenses shall be submitted through the application with a receipt within [30] days of being incurred, and the other party shall respond within [14] days.

  5. E. Records

Either party may print or export records from the application. Such exports are summaries generated by the application and are not certified or notarized; their admissibility and weight shall be determined by the Court under the applicable rules of evidence.

  6. F. Professional access

Upon written agreement of both parties, a mediator, parenting coordinator, guardian ad litem or attorney may be granted read-only access to the shared account.
